August’s show at the Nagle Mansion highlights the work of two Fort Collins artists. The gallery will be brimming with beautiful pastel florals by Kate Moss. She has a fine arts degree but states that her interest in art, “spans a lifetime.” Kate’s work features roses, irises and garden flowers found throughout the area.
Diane Edwards, a Master Pastelist in the Pastel Society of Colorado, adds the water component to this show! Her studio work of waterways is largely done in the Plein Air style. There are colorful paintings of waterways throughout the northern Colorado area including the Cache la Poudre River. The show opens on art tour night with an artist’s reception on August 9th from 5 til 8 and continues till August 31st.
