It’s not everyday you get to meet someone working in hand blown glass but during the October art tour the public will get the opportunity! The Artist’s Guild will host the beautiful glass work of Cheyenne Artist Kathi Tarantola. Kathi recieved her BFA from the Univertisy of Wyoming and then went on to study glass at Pilchuck. Located in Seattle, it has become the leading art glass center in the country. Pilchuck, started by world famous glass artist Dale Chihuly,  now teaches numerous students the fine art of glass blowing. While at Pilchuck, Kathi studied under under Lino Tagliapietra as well as a few other well know glass artists. Kathi will be on hand to talk about her work and process Oct 11th from 5-8.
